What's included in the buffet setup?
All packages include professional chafing dishes, serving utensils, plates, cutlery, napkins, and full setup. We arrive 30 minutes early to have everything ready.
How long does the buffet stay hot?
Our professional chafing dishes keep food at safe serving temperature for 2-3 hours. For longer events, we can arrange replenishment or attendant service.
Can I customize the menu?
Absolutely! Our packages are starting points. We can swap proteins, add stations, remove items, or build a completely custom buffet. Just tell us what you need.
Do you provide staff to serve the buffet?
The Grand Buffet includes a buffet attendant. For Essential and Premium, attendants are available as an add-on ($35/hour). For events 75+, we recommend at least one attendant.
