Greek wrap platter guide
Updated · Based on the published Gyro City menu
Check half-wrap counts as well as serving estimates. Classic, chicken and veggie platters contain 10 half-wraps; Mixed has 12 and Ultimate has 20. For a 10-person group, 20 half-wraps equals one whole wrap per guest. Sides, appetite and the rest of the meal determine whether that is the right order.

How do half-wraps translate into portions?
Two half-wraps equal one whole wrap. A 10-half-wrap platter therefore contains five whole-wrap equivalents. That is a piece-count calculation, not a statement that five people is a valid catering order or that one whole wrap is the right meal for everyone. The overall catering minimum and the rest of the menu still apply.
Which platter suits a mixed group?
Compare the actual wrap fillings and the count in each platter. Mixed and Ultimate options offer several meat choices; the Veggie & Falafel option has its own filling and sauce. Give dietary requirements separately and confirm preparation and labels rather than assuming assorted platters cover everyone.
What should accompany the wraps?
Check whether you need salad, a warm side, drinks or dessert. Compare the completed platter order against a package or individually packed lunch before deciding. Shared wraps need serving space and a clear way to identify different fillings; boxes may be easier when meals are distributed across rooms.
