What's the minimum order for lunch boxes?
10 boxes for Classic and Premium, 8 boxes for Executive. No minimum for recurring weekly orders from existing customers.
Can I mix different box types in one order?
Yes! You can mix Classic, Premium, and Executive boxes. You can also mix protein choices (chicken, beef, lamb, vegetarian) within the same tier.
How far in advance do I need to order?
24 hours for first-time orders. Same-day available for recurring customers (order before 9 AM). Large orders (50+ boxes) require 48 hours notice.
Are the boxes labelled for dietary restrictions?
Yes! Each box is clearly labelled with the protein type and any dietary markers (halal, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free). We can also add names to individual boxes.
